About the Role & Team
As a Senior Product Manager II within the Ad Platform technology team at DEEPT, you will be a part of the team defining Addressable advertising. Reporting to a Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategy and execution of core ad serving capabilities that power global ad delivery across Disney’s streaming and digital platforms. You will lead initiatives focused on global prioritization, system interoperability, and scalable integrations across a complex ecosystem of internal services and external partners. This role is central to ensuring reliable, performant, and extensible ad delivery across all formats and markets. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve delivery efficiency, enable seamless integrations, and support global operational scale.
The ideal candidate is an action-oriented problem solver with deep experience in digital advertising platforms, ad serving systems, and distributed architectures. You are comfortable navigating technical complexity, driving alignment across teams, and translating strategic objectives into durable platform capabilities. What You Will Do
- Drive product strategy and plan for a key product domain.
- Own product roadmap and delivery execution of initiatives, aligning stakeholders and driving results.
- Responsible for product prioritization, including value identification, cost savings and progress against the broader business strategy.
- Maintain expected standards across the team for product specifications, backlog health, and consumable user stories for engineering partners.
- Product owner for a Scrum team by participating in agile ceremonies, responsible for prioritization, backlog refinement, and feature definition.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive improvements.
- Manage, and optimize business processes and tools to streamline product development.
- Hold a deep compassion for our users, and creatively tackle problems with a viewer-first mentality.
- Evaluate and recommend investments to maximize the financial results of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with other product managers to drive innovation in platform services including targeting, measurements, operational data store and BI.
- Optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product line.
- Partner with Engineering organization to execute against the product roadmap, delivering on the needs of the business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of product management or relevant experience.
- Proven track record of building and launching products at scale.
- Ability to articulate strategy and define roadmap.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CTV digital advertising.
- Experience with Streaming TV business models and ad monetization.
- Knowledge of agile software development practices.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
