About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our EMEA Finance team here at Disney, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract! The successful Personal Assistant will play a key role in providing total administrative support to our Finance VP’s, liaising with multiple contacts in EMEA and the US. The postholder will maintain a high and professional standard of communication between their office and all internal and external contacts, whilst managing highly confidential information.
It is vital that the successful Personal Assistant is able to utilize business acumen and initiative to prioritise, plan, organize and anticipate requirements well in advance in assisting those that require support in their activities.
Please note: This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Provide first class general administrative support
- Complex diary management for three Finance VP’s, working across multiple time zones
- Inbox Management
- Co-ordinate meetings, lunches and dinners
- Prepare meeting agendas, organise conference calls
- Prioritise daily workload, in conjunction with urgent requirements, troubleshooting where necessary
- Prepare & plan agendas and logistics for regular US Senior Exec visits
- Process expenses in a timely manner via Concur system
- Manage filing system both maintaining and constantly improving the system
- Manage all travel requirements including travel itineraries and bookings – both European and International
- Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and input
- Raise Purchase Orders through Coupa
- Ensure that all communication lines are managed effectively between the three VP’s, direct reports, US Heads, UK & European LOB heads and third parties
- Helping drive and build the culture of the team – supporting on team meetings, events, away days, off-sites as appropriate
- Flexible approach to working unsociable hours on occasion
Areas of Accountability
Accountable to the VP, Finance, Studios, whilst also providing additional EA support to the VP, Finance, DTC and VP, EMEA Finance FP&A
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience as a Senior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and other associated administrative systems
- Experience in a fast paced, large multi-national organisation
- Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Skills
- Knowledge of Excel
