About the Role & Team
The role supports the Marketing Manager(s) in the development and execution of best-in-class, insight-driven content marketing campaigns for titles across the Theatrical-Streaming lifecycle. Working closely with the wider Studios team, the Marketing Supervisor operates as the primary day- to-day contact for campaign planning and management activity including budget tracking, media planning, trade marketing and reporting, ensuring campaigns are:
Fully integrated across consumer, digital and exhibition channels
Data-informed and performance-driven
Optimised to deliver both audience impact and commercial results
The Marketing Supervisor plays an important role in connecting brand strategy, digital marketing and theatrical trade activity, helping to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
Support the Marketing Manager(s) in developing and implementing insight-driven marketing campaigns across the Theatrical-Streaming lifecycle.
Support on planning and management of offline & digital media, acting as the lead day-to-day point of contact for the UK media agency, ensuring campaigns are aligned to strategy, on-budget and optimised towards measurable outcomes and ROI.
Support strategy and budget management for in-theatre marketing, exhibitor media, promotions and partnerships, ensuring alignment to wider campaign objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and wider Marketing teams to deliver integrated exhibitor campaigns and activations.
Plan and manage EHV digital stores media, working closely with retail and platform partners.
Work closely with internal function teams (Publicity & Events, Creative, Partnerships, Influencer, Digital & Social) to deliver integrated campaigns and to ensure coordinated planning, strategic alignment and effective budget management across campaigns.
Support in developing cross-company synergies and activations, leveraging franchise strength and wider business initiatives where relevant.
Develop campaign reports and presentations for UK, EMEA and global reviews.
Support detailed post-campaign analysis, including ownership of selected elements (e.g.
exit polls).
Maintain campaign budgets and track expenditure against plan.
Support evaluation of campaign effectiveness and commercial performance.
Contribute to achieving title-by-title fiscal financial targets.
Lead, motivate and develop Marketing Intern (shared function)
Responsible for briefing UK media agency, under guidance of the Marketing Manager, in line with central marketing brief and budget
This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment and requires close coordination across multiple internal teams, external agencies and partners to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to business and commercial objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
Established experience in film, entertainment or creative marketing
Strong understanding of offline and digital media planning, agency management and campaign delivery.
Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset and confident presenting to internal and external audiences.
Strong presentation skills (Keynote, Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
