About the Role & Team
At Disney, our stories entertain, inspire and connect audiences around the world. As Marketing Coordinator, Studios, you will play a key role in bringing some of the world’s most iconic film franchises to audiences across the UK. Reporting to the UK Marketing Supervisor, you will support the wider Brand Team in developing and executing innovative, insight-driven consumer marketing campaigns across both theatrical and streaming releases for titles from Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm and 20th Century Studios. You will also take ownership of marketing campaigns for the Disney+ streaming release of Studio titles during the Home Entertainment window (SVOD Pay-1), working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, audience-focused campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and collaborative marketer to contribute to best-in-class campaigns, gain exposure to all aspects of theatrical and streaming marketing, and play an important role in bringing Disney stories to life for audiences across multiple platforms. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Support the Brand Team in planning, developing and implementing insight-driven marketing campaigns across theatrical and streaming releases for Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm and 20th Century Studios titles.
- Coordinate campaign milestones and communications, working closely with Studios teams, Disney lines of business, external agencies and partners to deliver memorable and effective campaigns.
- Build a strong understanding of media strategy, briefing processes and campaign implementation, while developing productive day-to-day relationships with the UK media agency.
- Support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across theatrical and streaming releases, with specific responsibility for SVOD Pay-1 titles.
- Under the guidance of the UK Marketing Supervisor, support the development and delivery of consumer marketing campaigns for films launching on Disney+ during the SVOD Pay-1 window, including briefing internal teams on positioning, audience strategy, campaign objectives and creative direction.
- Support the UK Senior Trade Marketing Manager in the planning, booking and management of trade marketing initiatives and media activity, ensuring strong visibility for Studio releases across cinema and digital environments.
- Coordinate research activities, campaign reporting, budget administration, finance processes, screenings and team scheduling.
- Prepare campaign updates and ensure timely communication to key stakeholders across the business.
- Manage campaign summaries, reporting and presentation materials, taking a creative and structured approach to communicating campaign performance and learnings.
- Support the development of cross-company synergy opportunities, industry analysis projects and internal communication initiatives.
- Supervise and support the development of the UK Marketing Intern, providing guidance and coaching where appropriate.
- Lead title-specific ad hoc projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support broader marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working within film, entertainment, media, creative marketing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Experience building effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Experience creating high-quality presentations using Keynote, with proficiency across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of the UK media landscape and an interest in audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with an ability to gather information, provide insights and support marketing decision-making.
- Passion for entertainment, storytelling and delivering exceptional audience experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on theatrical, streaming or entertainment marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of the film industry and theatrical marketing landscape.
- Experience supporting paid media, trade marketing or campaign reporting activities.
- Experience mentoring or supporting interns, graduates or junior team members.
- Familiarity with Disney, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm and/or 20th Century Studios content and audiences.
