About the Role & Team
The Coordinator, Strategy EMEA will support the wider EMEA Strategy team in the coordination, organisation and delivery of regional strategy processes and communications for Studios Content Marketing campaigns across Theatrical, EHV and Streaming, covering all brands within the Walt Disney Studios portfolio. Working as part of the Studios Marketing EMEA team, you will help keep communications, meeting materials, trackers and reporting requirements clear, timely and well organised. You will work closely with the EMEA Regional Strategy team, as well as internal Studio functions, regional teams and local market teams across EMEA. If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager, Strategy EMEA. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- You will play an important coordination role within the EMEA Strategy team, supporting the smooth delivery of regional strategy processes, campaign planning and team communications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the wider EMEA Strategy team with the day-to-day coordination of title-specific priorities, including maintaining project trackers, collating cross-functional updates, organising reference materials and helping prepare clear, accurate and timely team deliverables.
- Coordinating with Insights, Media and other relevant enterprise functions to gather information, updates, assets and learnings that support the development of regional strategic guidance and campaign materials.
- Supporting the collection, consolidation and formatting of local market campaign plans, feedback, best practice examples and performance learnings for regional reporting.
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for local market questions and requests, helping route queries to the right team members, track follow-ups and ensure responses are shared clearly and promptly.
- Providing operational support for regional trade marketing partnerships and other trade marketing requirements, including meeting logistics, presentation coordination and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with planning and coordination for regional elements of Digital Stores Marketing, including organising updates, timelines, materials and team communications.
- Supporting EMEA ideation, including preparing for brainstorm sessions and sharing notes and actions afterwards.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal screenings and presentations, including content requests and progress updates.
- Providing administrative support to the EMEA Studio Marketing VP when required, including diary and meeting management, travel coordination and expenses.
- Attending relevant training as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Entry-level experience or a strong interest in film, entertainment, creative marketing, strategy, or a related coordination or support role.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills, with confidence preparing clear documents, updates and presentation materials.
- Experience using tools such as Keynote, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- A proactive and reliable approach, with confidence taking ownership of assigned coordination tasks and administrative deliverables.
- Ability to follow up on actions, maintain accurate trackers and support the team in meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative, team-first approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams and markets.
- Curiosity and confidence working with various stakeholders across the company, as well as external clients.
- A positive, outcome-focused mindset and a willingness to support smooth ways of working across the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- An interest in Studios, content marketing, theatrical releases, streaming, home entertainment or wider entertainment industry trends.
- Experience supporting campaign planning, reporting, presentations, team administration or cross-functional coordination.
- Experience working with regional or international teams.
