About the Role & Team

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the development and roll-out of EMEA regional brand marketing campaigns for Disney+. The role will be centred on implementing best-in-class brand marketing campaigns and activations, coordinating all campaign fundamentals across all media channels and platforms, with the focus, and measurement of success, being building brand saliency, awareness, and attribution. Immediate focus is to make Disney+ top of mind, expanding perceptions of what the brand stands for and offers consumers.

The individual will report directly to the EMEA Senior Brand Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of the brand team as well as the wider marketing organisation. They will need to co-ordinate planning with peers and will be expected to build excellent relationships with counterparts across the London office.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Write clear, focused and inspiring briefs across creative and media.
  • Support the development and delivery of industry-leading, insight-driven, innovative, differentiated & effective brand campaigns to markets for local activation and amplification.
  • Pull together and oversee campaign timings and creative delivery, creating makelists and working closely with creative and operations teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Manage creative US studio and legal approvals.
  • Build detailed-oriented and consistent PowerPoint presentations and campaign summaries.
  • Build, co-ordinate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Become expert of the EMEA region and pull together summaries of key contacts, considerations and requirements across each of our local teams.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Social, Partnerships, Customer, PR and communications and the EMEA Content and UK marketing teams to ensure regional campaign strategies and plans are aligned, integrated and amplified accordingly.
  • Represent the brand marketing team in meetings as required and recommend opportunities which will help enhance the Disney+ brand and accelerate growth - pull together and circulate relevant agendas, and provide summary of updates to the wider team.
  • Work closely with our research team and coordinate campaign and ad hoc creative testing, including ensuring all assets are in the required format and submitted on time.
  • Source and share creative assets, guidelines and additional brand and content information.
  • Attend research focus groups and relevant training as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Interest and experience in marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Ability to plan, organise and manage creative deliveries.
  • Expertise in writing clear and inspirational briefs, managing budgets & working with media and creative teams.
  • Understanding of the EMEA market environment, communications and cultural nuances.
  • Strong presentation and written & verbal communication skills – ideally, also comfortable presenting to large groups of people.
  • Strong collaborator and works well as part of a team, but also self-driven and motivated.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & creative eye.
  • Meticulous organisational skills to balance design and delivery of multiple project elements at a time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Inquisitive mindset in order to be consumer centric and insight led.
  • Passionate about the entertainment industry.
