About the Role & Team
At The Walt Disney Company, our Studios business brings world-class storytelling to audiences across EMEA. Behind every successful release is a deep understanding of audiences, market dynamics and cultural trends. The Studios Intelligence team provides the audience, market and commercial insight that helps shape strategic decisions across our Studios business, supporting everything from marketing strategy and campaign optimisation to commercial partnerships and long-range planning.
As a Studios Intelligence Analyst, you will help transform audience, market, commercial and cultural evidence into actionable insights that support decision-making across our theatrical and entertainment releases. Working closely with colleagues across the Studios Intelligence team and wider business stakeholders, you'll analyse multiple data sources, uncover meaningful trends and contribute recommendations that influence both strategic and commercial outcomes.
If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Studios Intelligence & Commercial Insight. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Analyse audience research, social intelligence, market trends and commercial performance data to build a deeper understanding of audiences, campaigns and the competitive landscape.
- Monitor audience behaviour, market developments and cultural conversations to identify emerging opportunities, risks and signals of audience demand.
- Support recurring insight programmes and respond to ad hoc business questions from stakeholders across the Studios business.
- Bring together multiple sources of evidence to identify key findings and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging presentations, reports and insight summaries tailored to a range of audiences.
- Support audience demand assessments, campaign evaluations and title planning through robust audience, market and performance analysis.
- Contribute to the development of audience and market narratives that support commercial partnerships and broader business opportunities.
- Produce accurate, consistent and high-quality analysis and reporting that stakeholders can rely on to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Studios Intelligence colleagues, global counterparts, external partners and cross-functional teams across the business.
- Help evolve reporting, data visualisation and AI-enabled ways of working to improve insight delivery and business impact.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience analysing audience, market, commercial or consumer data through employment, internships or other relevant applied experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify patterns, trends and actionable findings.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present analysis in a clear, concise and compelling way.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data and translate complex information into practical business recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for audiences, entertainment, consumer behaviour and commercial strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with audience research tools, dashboards or data visualisation platforms.
- Knowledge of social intelligence, market research or media and entertainment insights.
- Experience synthesising multiple data sources into strategic business recommendations.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-enabled approaches to analysis and reporting.
