About the Role & Team
This role will support the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles for subsequent exploitation on Disney+. This will involve close communication with various distributors, especially where Disney is rejecting materials which do not match Disney specs.

What You Will Do
- Track material delivery for acquired titles from 3rd party distributors into The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) London. This material will cover a mixture of the below in both English and other languages:
- Video
- Audio
- Audio Description
- Subtitles
- Descriptive Metadata
- Artwork
- Handle QC rejections and remediation process directly with these distributors.
- Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries as well as flagging up any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
- Track metrics for the on-time deliveries and right the first time deliveries.
- Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- This is primarily an operational role but the candidate will be expected to understand technical specs across different types of media.
- Extensive experience with applications such as Microsoft Office, Google sheets, Smartsheet.
- Experience in asset management databases.
- Excellent project management skills and experience essential.
Desirable:
- Understanding of localization and mastering processes.
- Experience of file-based and HD technology, new media and electronic file delivery.
- Experience with different sound and video formats/components.
- Understanding of QC processes for Audio Visual files.
