Job Summary:
About the Role and Team
Reporting to the Manager – DTC Content Ops, this role manages the delivery of high-quality TV and feature content for Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms, mainly Disney+. You will work with D+ EMEA Originals, EMEA Acquisitions, and Disney-branded content.
The ideal candidate has experience in content production, localisation, mastering, and digital distribution. Strong project management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. You will collaborate with teams, participate in meetings, and work cross-functionally across studio operations.
What You Will Do
- Manage orders for content creation and delivery, ensuring consistency and cost control.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Work with vendors and licensors to ensure content meets technical standards.
- Maintain records of delivery status and resolve issues.
- Track project progress using internal systems.
- Identify available assets and request movements as needed.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor invoices, and cost management.
- Address QC failures and arrange replacements.
- Manage workflows within SLAs.
- Provide schedules and participate in vendor onboarding.
- Suggest improvements for systems and processes.
- Participate in projects to improve efficiency.
Other Activities
- Attend meetings and collaborate across teams.
- Support vendor billing and stay updated on industry trends.
- Participate in system testing and training.
- Maintain relationships and adhere to Disney values.
- Develop knowledge of media formats, markets, and the product slate.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in TV/Non-Linear Distribution, Postproduction, or Digital Media Operations.
- Understanding of UHD and digital file technologies.
- Experience with mastering QC and corrective actions is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt under pressure.

Additional Information
This is an office-based role, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 remote day (Monday or Friday).
