The content protection team assists in reviewing clients’ technical platforms to ensure required technology is in place to protect content. This position reports to the Manager of Content Protection and coordinates the daily workload of technical audits for transactional, affiliate, and content distribution deals. It provides an essential service by updating the business on technical review statuses and future deal planning. The role ensures all necessary information is received on time so reviews can be completed without affecting deal start dates. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Create and maintain detailed records within existing and new systems, ensuring technical records are properly kept for team reference.
  • Review initial client technical questionnaires and follow up on missing information.
  • Coordinate and deliver regular reports and KPIs.
  • Maintain internal workflow, FAQ, and training documents for the team and stakeholders.
  • Reach out proactively to clients for technical updates where needed to keep questionnaires up to date.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office products.
  • Basic understanding of content protection technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital distribution methods (IPTV, cable, satellite, mobile) and business models (EHV, TVOD, SVOD, FTA) preferred.
