The content protection team is responsible for assisting reviews of clients’ technical platforms to ensure they have the required technology in place to keep content secure. This position will report into the Acting Manager of Content Protection and is responsible for coordinating the daily workload of technical audits of transactional, affiliate and content distribution deals. This role provides an essential service to the business in keeping them updated on technical review statuses and forward planning for upcoming deals. The role is pivotal in the team to ensure all information needed from internal stakeholders and clients is received in a timely manner and that all reviews can be completed without affecting deal start dates. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Create and maintain detailed records within existing and new systems and ensure technical records are properly kept so that any team members can easily reference them at any time.
- Be responsible for the initial review of client technical questionnaires and follow up for any missing information.
- Be responsible for the coordination and delivery of regular reports and KPIs.
- Maintain internal workflow, FAQ and training documents for the team and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively reach out to clients for technical updates where needed so the team has up to date technical questionnaires to review.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Good understanding of MS Office products.
- Basic understanding of content protection technologies.
- Strong organizational skills paired closely with time management, taking into account ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital distribution methods (such as IPTV, cable, satellite, mobile) as well as business models (EHV, TVOD, SVOD, FTA) preferred.
