This role will support the delivery of audio‑visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles for subsequent exploitation on Disney+.
Responsibilities
- Communicate closely with various distributors, especially where Disney is rejecting materials that do not match Disney specs.
- Track material delivery for acquired titles from 3rd‑party distributors into The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) London covering video, audio, audio description, subtitles, descriptive metadata and artwork in English and other languages.
- Handle QC rejections and remediation processes directly with distributors.
- Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries, flagging any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
- Track metrics for on‑time deliveries and first‑time right‑delivery performance.
- Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross‑functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Smartsheet.
- Experience in asset‑management databases.
- Excellent project‑management skills and experience essential.
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of localization and mastering processes.
- Experience with file‑based and HD technology, new media and electronic file delivery.
- Experience with different sound and video formats/components.
- Understanding of QC processes for audio‑visual files.
