Join as an Analyst for The Walt Disney Company’s Disney+ Consumer Strategy & Business Development team.

Disney+ is Disney’s Direct‑to‑Consumer video service. The CS&BD team leads strategy across EMEA, driving growth, market entry, partnerships, and content acquisition. The Analyst supports development and delivery of business strategies, providing strategic and analytical insights.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and financial analysis of growth opportunities (new markets, product features).
  • Engage regional and local teams to identify revenue streams, costs and risks.
  • Provide advanced business modelling and analysis of financial data to support operations.
  • Review business plans prepared by local Country Managers for viability and alignment to company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to provide insights for senior management.
  • Support preparation of annual strategic business review and 5‑year business plan.
  • Track and analyze key business performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential partnership opportunities, including wholesale and streaming services.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Development on M&A opportunities related to Disney Entertainment and ESPN.
  • Assess opportunities to license content titles or sports rights within EMEA.
  • Support cross‑business initiatives and assess their net impact on Disney.
  • Assist in preparing materials for discussions with global leadership.
  • Provide ongoing support across strategic and operational priorities.

The Experience We Require From You

  • Strong academic record – top level degree from a leading institution.
  • Experience in a top‑tier Management/Strategy consultancy or media organisation’s BD/strategy team.
  • Strong analytics skills and structured thinking; ability to perform and review complex quantitative analysis.
  • Experience applying financial analysis to business problems; financial modelling expertise a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of high‑quality delivery meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
  • Capable of working in fast‑moving environments, managing parallel projects with agility.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data tools (Tableau, Alteryx) a plus.
