Production & Business Operations Coordinator I
This position supports the Manager and Supervisor of Production & Business Operations by leading administrative projects and maintaining key operational workflows within Packaging & Live From Home (LFH). This role is responsible for managing Smartsheet workspaces, leading various administrative processes, compiling performance metrics, and supporting remote production setups. The coordinator serves as a liaison between internal teams, including vendors, legal, and IT, as well as external partners, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential. The role will require the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates workflows and logistics with various internal and external business partners, including vendors, legal, IT, and technology.
Works with the manager and supervisor to readily provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics for senior executives.
Assists with invoice-related processes, including communication with legal on various documents.
Coordinates and authors multiple Smartsheet workspaces and meshes as well as managing dashboard maintenance.
Provides Live From Home support set-up and on-call air critical to individual events as assigned.
Participates in special projects as requested.
Maintains a daily working relationship with ESPN/Disney departments and external partners including packagers, other ESPN facilities, and school PCR teams.
Participates in continued learning, training sessions, and troubleshooting seminars required for Live From Home support of ESPNβs 400+ Live From Home Kits and Servers.
Assists in the implementation of hardware and software upgrades across Live From Home computers.
Working with external partners for shipping and documenting.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Quickly adapts to and learns technical concepts, including digital audio standards, computer networking, and signal/data flow.
Proficient in Smartsheet, with the ability to manage and organize complex workflows.
Excels at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Customer service oriented and reliable.
