The Inventory Analyst position within the Revenue Yield Management team is responsible for daily inventory review and management, as well as interaction with the pricing & planning team, ad operations, and other key internal stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Analyst will track and report on commercial inventory availability across product categories and communicate inventory changes to internal teams to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serve as a liaison to Programming, Sales, and RYM teams to communicate schedule changes and provide guidance on inventory clearance to maximize revenue.
  • Manage reporting to support sales and RYM decision-making.
  • Forecast inventory demand and supply, identify gaps or surplus opportunities, and monitor inventory changes around log closing.
  • Develop and maintain inventory management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience; industry experience preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel modeling.
  • College degree; media business experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects independently in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to foster effective internal and external relationships.
  • Decisive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Potential for some overtime.

Additional Information:

The hiring range in New York, NY is $74,300 – $99,600, and in Bristol, CT is $71,000 – $95,100. Actual offers depend on internal equity, geographic location, experience, and skills. Compensation may include bonuses or incentives, along with benefits.
