About the Role & Team
Media Distribution is a dynamic division of TWDC responsible for the Business to Business (B2B) distribution of Disney+, network channels and the full slate of movies and TV content produced by The Walt Disney Company. Transactional Distribution is a key team within Media Distribution and is responsible for the digital distribution of the full slate of movies and TV content produced by The Walt Disney Company including Disney, Fox, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, ABC Studios, Fox Studios, FX and National Geographic.
The Transactional Distribution team works with leading Pay TV platforms, online retailers and digital stores like Amazon, Sky and Apple across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to distribute content across ownership and rental models (eg. EHVL/EST and TVOD). The Supervisor, Digital Stores Management (DSM) is instrumental in growing Disney’s digital transactional business across key third party Digital Stores and Online Retailers in Europe, Middle East and Africa covering both ownership (EHVL) and rental (TVOD) business models. The individual will be working closely with the wider stores management team to support partners to drive the sales of digital content.
This role is based in the Regional Digital Stores Management Team in London, covering global retailers such as Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Rakuten, and has responsibility for the following key areas:
- Support in the creation and coordination/submission of Film & TV catalogue promotions
- Help drive forward product projects such as bonus features & bundles across certain territories
- Support account managers on global accounts in day-to-day business, including ensuring internal & external systems are up to date
- Support with performance analysis for new release and catalogue activity
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
Digital Stores Management
- Support the creation, coordination and execution of catalogue promotions across UK and the EMEA region.
- Full understanding of annual catalogue promotional objectives including key opportunities throughout the year, and internal processes for activity sign-off
- Coordinate and fill in platform submission sheets for promotional activities and submit via client specific tools
- Analysis of UK and EMEA-wide promotions, consideration for future recommendation
- Co-ordinate and compile activities and promotion plans for review
- Coordinate product projects like bonus features & bundles process.
- Deliver on bonus content strategy and process with Regional/Global Operations teams and local teams
- Communicate bundles strategy and plans to local and regional partners; gather and track territories’ release plans in internal documents; update other supporting lines of business
- Point person for collecting info and advising on usage and release dates for bundles and bonus content
- Support account managers on global accounts in day-to-day business, including ensuring internal systems are up to date.
- Updating the Disney internal systems with release dates across the region
- Respond to Ad hoc queries and support requests from DSM team
- Support with performance analysis for new release and catalogue activity.
- Ensure timely and accurate analysis for activity, providing recommendations for future revenue generating activity
- Work with Manager and Intern to create new release summaries for all new releases which contain accurate forecast, product and platform information
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of working in an international environment, preferably Film and TV distribution
- Experience in content planning and tracking as well as maintaining ongoing reports
- Ability to quickly pick up detailed Product knowledge
- Experience in working with / exposure to digital platforms beneficial
- Proactive and flexible approach with ability to react quickly
- Ability to self-manage and balance multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritise
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills/database experience
- Strong level of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills required
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
