We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Subscriber Growth analytics team, part of the wider EMEA Analytics & Insights team. The team collaborates with business partners across a wide range of topics, including subscriber base growth (through acquisition and partnerships), subscriber base health (engagement, retention & communication effectiveness), and product proposition (pricing & tiering). This role will leverage best-in-class analytical skills spanning from insights generation to statistical experimentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and support business needs.

Key to the success of the role will be the ability to provide relevant insights, generated from Disney+ data as well as leveraging the full breadth of customer research, market and business intelligence provided by the broader team. This is a pivotal role within the Disney+ business, which will provide crucial insights on performance, and will directly feed into business decisions and action plans across the region. This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

  • Present crystal‑clear results with insights, related implications and actions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Design statistically robust measurement frameworks to run meaningful experiments and evaluate results.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key metrics and provide regular updates on business performance to stakeholders.
  • Champion a data‑led culture by upskilling business partners and embedding self‑serve analytics across the region.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and creating new ones, acknowledging opportunities when automatable scalable solutions are required and when one‑off analytics is best placed.
  • Develop relationships across the business teams at regional and local level to align on key priorities, as well as with Analytics teams internationally for knowledge sharing and methodology alignment.
  • Closely manage requests coming through, liaising with stakeholders to deliver analysis in a timely, impactful manner.

  • Background in data visualisation and dashboard development (such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistics concepts and data science/ML techniques (e.g., propensity modelling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
  • Experience with Python/R, or another statistical programming language.
  • Experience using AI to enhance or optimise workflows or analyses is preferred.
