Position Summary
The HR Assistant provides efficient administrative support that helps facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, working closely with the HR team in providing support to the studio in this highly detail-oriented role.
Responsibilities include:

Support the HR function with the onboarding and offboarding processes as well as standard HR correspondence, including contract extension letters, probationary letters, employment references, change to terms and conditions letters.

HRIS inputting with regard to maintaining up to date employee information in alignment with onboarding, job changes, offboarding processes

Keep HR systems and spreadsheet trackers up to date with employee details and changes liaising with Global HR Operations as necessary, e.g. SAP, starters and leavers reports etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

CIPD qualification or an interest in working towards CIPD qualification

Strong administration and organisational skills particularly during times of demanding workload, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Maintains high levels of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail in a high demand environment.
Preferred:

Experience of HR administration or related fieldwithin a Global matrixed organisation
Technical Skills:

Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms) beneficial

Experience of Mac beneficial

Knowledge of HR databases including SAP and Workday would be advantageous
This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work a minimum of 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
