The Wallich in Wrexham is seeking a dedicated night-time residential support worker to ensure a calm and safe environment for residents aged 18+ staying at the project. You will work 37.5 hours per week in a 4-on-4-off pattern, with 12-hour shifts from 8:00pm to 8:00am, providing a visible presence during the night.

Role requires responding to disturbances and emergencies, assisting with lone-working, and coordinating out-of-hours resources per procedures.
