The predicted salary is between 27100 - 27100 £ per year.
Hours of Work: 20 hours per week - 5 hours across 4 days between Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 - specific days and times to be discussed on successful appointment.
Pro Rata'd Salary: £14,041.80
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months
Purpose of Role: The Cleaner/Caretaker will support the Service manager and Housing Maintenance Officer in minimising void periods and ensuring a high standard of cleaning and maintenance across Wallich properties. They will coordinate timely cleaning and upkeep to reduce the time between a resident moving out and a new tenant moving in, maintaining accommodation to an acceptable standard. This will include painting, decorating and a basic level of DIY skills for property maintenance. An understanding of risk assessments and completing basic forms will be required.
Requirements: This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure. Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
