The Wallich in Swansea is seeking a dedicated night-time worker for a direct access hostel supporting single adults aged 18 and over. The role covers a 37.5-hour week on a 4-week rolling rota with shifts from 19:50 to 08:10, including weekends and bank holidays.

You'll provide a proactive night-time presence, respond to disturbances and emergencies, and assist with lone working and the orchestration of out-of-hours resources. An Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
