About the Role
The Wallich is a leading homelessness and rough sleeping charity in Wales. This night shift role supports women with substance misuse issues and complex needs in Swansea.
Hours of Work
Average of 37.5 hours per week, following a 2-week rolling rota of night shifts from 21:00 – 08:15, with one weekend in two.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a proactive night-time presence to promote quiet and peaceful occupation of residents.
- Respond to disturbances, emergencies and other housing management functions according to procedure.
- Provide ad-hoc support to residents in response to demand.
- Assist with lone-working arrangements and coordinate out-of-hours resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
