The Wallich in Swansea is seeking a Property Maintenance Officer to provide safe, well-maintained homes for people experiencing homelessness. You will oversee the day-to-day condition of properties, carry out regular property and Health & Safety checks, coordinate repairs and contractors, manage void properties and ensure accommodation is ready for move-in quickly.
The role requires basic DIY skills, confidence with minor repairs (locks, curtain poles, toilet seats), and a valid driving licence.
