The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility for occasional late shift.
Project Description: The project is located in Swansea and is a direct access hostel for 17 single people aged 18 and upwards. The service provides residential support with the aim of meeting individuals’ needs, promoting independence and leading to a sustainable move‑on.
Purpose of Role: To assist the Service Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirements and organisational values, and working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.
Additional Information: This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure. Driving licence and access to own vehicle are highly desirable. We are not utilising agencies for this role.
