Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00–17:00. Specific days will be discussed upon successful appointment.
Salary: Pro‑rated salary at £21,862.70.
Project Description: The floating support service supports individuals living in their own homes who may be at risk of homelessness. The project provides housing‑related support and advice to develop skills for independent living and sustaining tenancies.
Purpose of Role: This role coordinates and provides support to enable service users to address housing and personal difficulties, build skills and confidence, and improve the ability to maintain current or future accommodation. The role aims to foster independence, enabling individuals to better control and understand the issues that affect them and to achieve preferred outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
- Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
