Location: Hybrid-Working, requirement for initial travel to Cardiff Hub, 18 Park Place, Cardiff, CF10 3DQ; dependent on successful applicant’s location the closest work hub can be agreed from our services across Wales.

Purpose of Role: The role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the finance function, including running and maintaining efficient processes.
- To be responsible for all bank transactions, which includes posting and reconciling income and expenditure.
- To manage both vendor and customer account maintenance and reconciliations.
- To process income from clients, project banking, funds, grants and any other ad hoc income, ensuring the accuracy of the transfer of data between the accounting system and Inform and ensuring both systems are fully reconciled.
- To assist with maintaining the organisation's purchase ledger, including processing and ensuring authorisation of invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
- To facilitate the requisitions process across the organisation in line with the procurement policy.
- To coordinate the Finance and Income Generation database systems to process gifts and ensuring that donation records are accurately recorded and reconciled against the organisational accounts.
- To coordinate the transfer of data from 3rd Party Fundraising sites to the Income Generation CRM using regular import processes.
