Project Description: Managing a floating support provision and two residential services; Stoneleigh Manor is a 6 unit residential scheme on the outskirts of Brecon, working with adults over the age of 18. Cwrt Afon is a 7 unit residential scheme in Brecon, working with young people (aged 16-24). These services provide person centred support in order to build skills and confidence in maintaining a tenancy, promote independence and achieve a successful move‑on.
Purpose of Role: To be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders where required. To ensure that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure. Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
