The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility.

Work Base: 3 positions available – 1 at Stoneleigh Manor, 2 at Cwrt Afon. Flexibility required to work across both services when necessary.

About The Wallich: The Wallich is a leading homelessness and rough sleeping charity in Wales.

Project Description: Stoneleigh Manor is a 6‑unit residential scheme on the outskirts of Brecon, serving adults over 18. Cwrt Afon is a 7‑unit residential scheme in Brecon, serving young people aged 16‑24. Both services provide person‑centred support to build skills and confidence, promote independence and facilitate successful move‑ons.

Purpose of Role: Coordinate and provide residential support that enables and empowers Service Users to address housing and/or personal difficulties; build their skills and confidence; and ultimately improve their ability to maintain current or future accommodation. Promote independence and enable people to improve control, understanding and involvement in dealing with issues affecting them, and assist service users to achieve their preferred outcomes.

Disclosures: This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and the ability to use a vehicle are essential.
