Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple Subway locations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment across all sites.

Responsibilities
– Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
– Implement and monitor food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
– Lead and develop teams by providing training, guidance, and support to enhance performance.
– Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimise food production processes while maintaining quality standards.
– Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation in line with culinary best practices.
– Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members across all locations.
– Address customer feedback promptly to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
– Prepare reports on operational performance, highlighting successes and areas needing attention.

Qualifications
– Proven experience in a managerial role within the food production or hospitality industry.
– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
– Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
– Ability to supervise diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Experience in restaurant operations is highly desirable.
– Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not essential.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
