The Waldwin Group Corporate Trainer will lead in person on site training and standards initiatives aligned with structure of Dunkin\β systems, initiatives focused on the policies and guidelines to attain corporate mission, vision and business goals. Training and certification occurs at Dunkin\β stores to ensure team members are learning product and product creation to align with Dunkin\β structure and system.
Oversight and focus on certification and achievement of goals for operational excellence and compliance of company policies and procedures to cultivate a culture that is team oriented and performance driven.
Candidates should have a passion for hospitality and customer engagement. Must be committed to team performance and customer service excellence to ensure achivement of business goals and objectives. Great communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate growth and development to promote the brand and corporate performance is key to fostering a team culture.
