- Demonstrated success as a General Manager leading a full service, upscale Hilton hotel with diverse F&B venues and a significant conference and events operation.
- Experience with managing renovation and subsequent repositioning is an advantage as is previous London market exposure.
- Strong owner relationship management skills and being a confident, credible presenter, capable of engaging an ownership group through professional use of presentation technology.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand promise.
- A track record of driving innovative commercial growth, particularly in food drink.
- Highly visible leadership style that builds strong teams, partnerships, and networks.
- Strong business acumen in budget management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning.

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
