As a Team Leader, you’ll help bring the Solina experience to life.
You’ll work alongside the management team to support service, guide your colleagues and make sure every guest feels welcomed and looked after.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced team member who is ready to take on more responsibility and begin developing their leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team with the smooth running of daily shifts.
- Help organise the team and communicate priorities during service.
- Lead by example by delivering friendly, knowledgeable and efficient hospitality.
- Welcome guests, take orders and confidently talk about our food and drinks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and restaurant organisation.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, cash-handling and licensing procedures.
- Help complete opening, closing and shift checklists.
- Identify potential issues and communicate them quickly to the manager on duty.
- Support the team during busy periods and help create a calm, positive service.
