Solina Cardiff is seeking a talented Sous Chef to help lead a busy kitchen, ensuring high standards from preparation through to plating. You will work closely with the Head Chef, supervise services, manage stock and rotas, and uphold food safety at all times.
You will also mentor cooks and apprentices, sharing expertise to develop the team and maintain the Solina standard during busy service periods.
