About The Walcot Group

The Walcot Group is a dynamic and growing collection of hospitality and food businesses based in Bath and the Southwest. Our venues include:

  • Walcot House - Bath
  • Little Walcot - Frome
  • Solina - Bath (with a new Cardiff location opening soon)
  • Green Street Butchers - Bath (Bristol site opening soon)
  • Mother & Wild - Corsham
  • The White Hart - Opening soon in Bath

We pride ourselves on creating thoughtful, community-driven experiences across restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail. From artisan pasta and modern British dining to small-batch butchery, we’re building something special - ambitious, independent, and full of personality.

We’re looking for a solid Production Chef de Partie who thrives on high-volume prep and batch production. Walcot Group is a family of restaurants - Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.

Based at Kitchen HQ, you’ll be working with top-quality ingredients, a proper bit of kit, and a team that’s got your back. This is a 100% production role with zero live service - one day you might be batch cooking sauces, the next handling prep or pastry - we like chefs who are flexible, curious, and up for learning.

What we’re after:

  • Solid experience as a CDP in a busy kitchen or prep environment
  • Calm under pressure, and happy to muck in
  • A good eye for detail (but not a perfectionist to the point of madness)
  • Pride in your food, your section, and your team

What’s in it for you:

  • 25% Discounts across the Walcot Group venues
  • Exciting Perks
  • Great training & development

We’re not about ego or over-polished nonsense. Just good people making good food. Sound like your thing?
