The Walcot Group Limited is seeking a Pastry Chef to take ownership of the pastry section within its Bath kitchen brigade. You will plan, prepare, and finish high-quality patisserie, desserts, chocolates and baked goods to exacting standards.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fast-paced pastry roles, strong sugar and chocolate technique, and an eye for detail. NVQ 2/3 in cookery or patisserie is preferred. Competitive benefits included.
