The Walcot Group is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to drive performance across our multi-site hospitality venues in the West Country and Bath area. Reporting to the MD, you will collaborate with Head Office and Exec Chef Team to deliver commercial, service and operational excellence.

You will lead on site operations, manage budgets and P&L with the GM and Finance Team, develop staff through training and succession planning, and ensure guest experience adheres to Walcot standards.
