The Waiting Game Ltd is seeking a Senior Head Chef to lead a large kitchen operation from our Central Production Unit. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef to manage daily cooking, staff, and cross‑department coordination.
Based in the West of England, you will develop seasonal menus, control food GP and stock, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across the kitchen and venues.
