Location:Cheltenham Racecourse
Dates:Tue, 11 Mar 2025 – Fri, 14 Mar 2025
Travel:Transport Provided From Bristol City Centre, or meet at the venue
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Hospitality: Assist in providing top-notch hospitality services throughout the festival, including the Gold Cup!
- Customer Service:Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Food and Beverage Service:Serve food and drinks with precision and enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with a diverse team to create a positive and vibrant atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of the event.
- Adaptability:Embrace flexibility in scheduling, as events may occur on weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
