Earn £14 to £18 p/hr (inc service charge). Applicants MUST be skilled baristas and live within easy travelling distance of the restaurant. You must have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in quality high-volume drinks service. You need to have experience producing high quality coffees as well as good experience in the creation of fresh drinks, juices and cocktails. Candidates with previous alcohol beverage training will also be highly regarded as we serve a range of cocktails and beers.
