You will need to have a great eye for detail, high standards in hygiene, customer service and experience in managing large teams.
Applicants MUST have experience working as a strong Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy high-quality, fresh food restaurant environment and live within easy commute of the restaurant in Harpenden. We would prefer that you had some social media management experience and a full UK driving license but this is not a must.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience relevant to the role. You will oversee the front of house team members in the restaurant manager's absence. The FOH team consists of the waiting team and the bar team ensuring that the customers have a fantastic experience by maintaining the highest levels of training, hygiene, customer services and efficiency. You will also work closely with the Kitchen Manager during your shifts to ensure both teams are working well together.
In this role you will be required to mentor and train new team members as well as open and close shifts (key holder) whilst ensuring that the Waffle House standards, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. We operate days and early evenings only, with no split shifts and no late nights. Applicants must be available to work weekends, bank holidays and through the summer holidays.
