They are experiencing rapid growth and are now looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to help accelerate their impact.

The Role

  • Engage new hospitality brands with tailored insights on carbon reduction and net zero
  • Identify growth opportunities across the existing customer base
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline through relationships, partnerships, content, and events
  • Collaborate with Marketing to shape campaigns, messaging, and market positioning
  • Represent a mission-driven organisation genuinely transforming sustainability in hospitality

About You

  • Experience in consultative sales or commercial growth
  • Confidence managing pipelines and forecasting opportunities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An interest in or experience with hospitality, sustainability, ESG, or net zero initiatives
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
