To support the Supply Chain Manager by ensuring the maximisation of team productivity within agreed SLAs and providing administrative support where directed.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Proactively contribute to the success and performance of the business by establishing strong relationships with other key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Deliver accurate workforce planning to ensure that SLAs can be achieved within the region.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and colleagues.
- Liaise with key stakeholders regarding the progression of planned jobs.
- Work closely with the field teams regarding reactive planning for incomplete works, colleague absence, and any other potential impacts on job completions.
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the team’s SLA.
- Perform administration duties as required.
- Ensure all clients' contract requirements are completed and followed up where necessary.
- Plan branch work to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with current health and safety best practice policy and procedures.
- Manage stock and maintain assets where required.

Essential qualifications and experience:
- A good understanding of VPS platforms and portals
