We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Salesforce Administrator to support The Voiceover Gallery on a part-time, ongoing contract basis. This role will focus on maintaining and improving our Salesforce system to ensure it continues to support the business efficiently as we grow. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage updates, troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and help streamline workflows and reporting processes. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced freelance Salesforce professional looking for a flexible, long-term partnership with a creative and collaborative company.
The Voiceover Gallery is a well-established company with over 20 years’ experience in the voiceover and localisation industry. We provide services including translation, subtitling, audio description, voiceover, and video localisation to a global client base. With studios in both London and Manchester, we collaborate with a wide network of language professionals and localisation experts.
The Responsibilities
- Managing Salesforce updates, maintenance, and ongoing system improvements
- Handling Salesforce-related support queries and correspondence
- Supporting report accuracy and data extraction functionality
- Reviewing and improving workflows, automations, and efficiencies
- Recommending and implementing time-saving solutions and integrations
- Updating, managing, and troubleshooting plugins and connected applications
- Identifying areas for system optimisation and scalability
- Costing and advising on proposed customisation and development projects
- Providing ongoing technical guidance and best practice recommendations
The Required Skills
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant
- Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, reporting, integrations, and automation tools
- Experience managing plugins, third-party integrations, and customisations
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and managing workload autonomously
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Experience working with SMEs or creative/media businesses advantageous
- Experience costing and scoping Salesforce customisation projects
