Onsite Manager leading a complex, speciality polyurethane foam fabrication and conversion site within Middleton’s foaming operation.
JOB SUMMARY:
- SHE: Accountable for the safety and well-being of the people within the site. Leading the site’s (safety, health and environmental) risk improvement program including adherence to - and progression against – the Vita Group’s SHE Mandatory Standards.
- Quality: Owning the implementation and adherence to processes aligning with its ISO 9001 commitments. The site manufactures high precision, foam based engineered solutions and high quality standards are demanded.
- Cost: Accountable for the management of - and economic control of - resources (plant/labour/material) to support a growing sales environment. The role will lead a demanding productivity program generating significant year on year EBITDA improvement. Fully owns the site operational lines on the P&L.
- Delivery: Accountable for delivering a world class OTIF performance for a high volume, highly complex portfolio of products sold. Analyse and evaluate all KPI achievements and action improvement measures as necessary.
- People: Responsible for developing an enthusiastic and committed workforce that is focused on working safely ensuring total customer satisfaction and achieving the business aims and objectives.
