In a Nutshell, YOU WILL BE...
Idea Generator
- You’ll be expected to bring ideas, energy and a strong instinct for what works on social.
- Thinking about new TikTok or Reels series to launch.
- Using social to educate people on our products while building the lifestyle and culture around Vita Coco.
- Tapping into humour, trends or consumer truths in a way that feels like Vita Coco.
- Showing up in a fun, social-first way at our many brand activations across the UK&I.
- Identifying potential interviews, features or collaborations that our audience would care about.
- Utilising creators, employees, the content team and yourself to make content people want to watch and join in with.
- Finding influencers to help bring key brand moments to life.
- Identifying UGC creators suitable for each paid social brief.
Idea Executor
- With support from the Digital Team, you’ll help capture low-fi, entertaining and platform-first content.
- Shooting at “The Hydration Station”, aka our London HQ.
- Organising your own low-cost shoots, from props and planning to getting things live.
- Capturing content at events, activations and on-the-ground moments across the UK&I.
- Sourcing new influencers for our PR mailing lists.
- Working with our team to capture organic-feeling content at social shoots.
- Creating and formatting new content franchises that audiences can recognise and look forward to.
- Helping set the bar for meaningful, funny, entertaining social content.
- Managing inbound comments, DMs and story mentions across TikTok and Instagram.
- Managing conversations and negotiations with influencers & UGC creators.
- Engaging in relevant comment sections and viral conversations to integrate Vita Coco naturally.
Idea Explainer
- You’ll help show the wider business why social matters.
- Taking social data, audience reactions and content performance to create clear monthly updates.
