We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Talent Manager to join our growing, close-knit agency team. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in talent management, influencer partnerships or a similar agency environment.

UK-based | 2 days in-office | 3 days remote
The Role
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and manage day-to-day operations across a roster of talent and brand partnerships. This is a fast-paced environment where initiative is essential. We are a small team, which means everyone wears multiple hats. We need someone confident enough to make decisions, solve problems and move projects forward without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and managing talent relationships
- Running and executing brand campaigns end-to-end
- Liaising directly with brands and external partners
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Supporting negotiations and commercial discussions
- Managing schedules, deliverables and deadlines
- Identifying growth opportunities for talent
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered professionally and efficiently
You Must Have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent management, creator partnerships, or a relevant agency role
- Experience working directly with talent and brands
- Strong understanding of digital culture and social platforms
- Experience handling contracts and campaign execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
