THE VISA JOBS is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Physiotherapist to provide person-centred rehabilitation in clients' homes and community settings within the Community Therapy North Team. The role focuses on empowering individuals to regain independence, mobility and wellbeing through holistic rehabilitation.
You’ll collaborate with physiotherapists, OTs, nurses and the wider MDT while delivering structured intervention plans and promoting safety and dignity in care.
