About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and engaging Sales Executive to support our client’s ongoing growth. In this primarily telephone-based role, you’ll reach out to UK-based businesses, introduce their services, build strong relationships, and close subscription sales. You’ll also manage a steady flow of inbound, high-quality leads. They have great connections to Facebook community groups that will help you to identify your own leads and enable you to develop a name for yourself in those spaces.

The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to match clients with the right subscription package for their business needs. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our client’s services.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Identify client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and uphold company values.

  • Previous sales experience (1 year preferred).
  • A confident, friendly communicator with a positive attitude.
