Sales Executive Location: Swansea, SA5 (on-site) Salary: £25,000 OTE £40,000 Hours of Work: Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm About Us Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing compliance consultancies. They specialise in supporting independent used car dealers and are now expanding into wider industries under the FCA banner. About the Role We’re looking for a confident and engaging Sales Executive to support our client’s ongoing growth. In this primarily telephone-based role, you’ll reach out to UK-based businesses, introduce their services, build strong relationships, and close subscription sales. You’ll also manage a steady flow of inbound, high-quality leads. They have great connections to Facebook community groups that will help you to identify your own leads and enable to you develop a name for yourself in those spaces. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to match clients with the right subscription package for their business needs. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our client’s services. Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients. Identify client needs through effective questioning and active listening. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and uphold company values. What They’re Looking For: Previous sales experience (1 year preferred). A confident, friendly communicator with a positive attitude. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
