With a loyal following that includes high-end clients and design lovers worldwide, they are on an exciting growth journey - expanding their reach, refining their product range, and building the operational excellence to match their creative ambition. We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially astute Operations Manager to work directly with the founder. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring structure, efficiency, and strategic insight to help them scale, while protecting the craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability they’re known for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Set priorities and strategies to identify low-margin and low-growth products
- Conduct detailed project analyses with both commercial and financial insights
- Manage the 3PL relationship and optimise fulfilment processes
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and support growth
- Build financial forecasts and collaborate with the Junior Buyer to ensure stock optimisation and healthy cash flow
- Work closely with the team to minimise our carbon footprint
- Partner with the digital agency to provide data-driven feedback and insights
- Support hiring and team growth as they expand
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at all stages
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ management experience, ideally in DTC e-commerce or a fast-paced consumer brand
- Commercially sharp with a solutions-first mindset
- Strong communicator and collaborative leader
- Analytical and data-driven decision-maker
- Skilled in Shopify, Mintsoft, and tech/system integrations
- Experience in wholesale expansion, post-Brexit/US tariff navigation, forecasting, and logistics management
- Track record in setting up international 3PL operations
Nice to have
- Experience with funding and investor relations
- Start-up or scale-up background
